Server The Residence at Great Woods

Part-time server at The Residence at Great Woods in Norton, MA, providing a restaurant-style dining experience for residents. Responsibilities include setting tables, taking and delivering accurate meal orders, serving beverages, reviewing daily menus with residents, assisting with dining enhancement programs, supporting preparation and execution of dining events and banquets, and ensuring food safety practices. Collaborates with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction, communicates resident likes/dislikes for menu planning, maintains a clean dining room, and participates in pre-meal stand-up with dining and kitchen staff. Requires strong customer service, English communication, multitasking, organization, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs; knowledge of dining operations and teamwork to create a positive dining experience for residents. Priority is given to employees working Part-Time / as needed with Pay Rate $16.00–$20.00 per hour; benefits include paid time off, holiday pay, and potential tuition reimbursement.
