Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere for residents and guests; collaborate with Culinary Services Director/Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs; set tables to standards; take and deliver meal orders; assist with dining enhancements, events, banquets, and themed meals; communicate resident preferences to menu planning; maintain sanitation and safety practices; contribute to team cohesion and participate in pre-meal briefings; help with menu familiarization for new residents; ensure smooth operation of dining room and support resident satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Less than High School education
- Full-time availability
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong organization and time management skills
- English communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
