Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, guide them through the dining experience, and provide detailed menu knowledge including specials and beverage pairings. Take accurate food and beverage orders into the POS system, deliver items promptly with proper presentation, and monitor satisfaction while addressing concerns professionally. Assist team members to maintain service flow, perform opening and closing side work, and keep service areas clean. Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests while encouraging returns. Prior experience in high-volume upscale dining is preferred, along with strong food and wine knowledge. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
