Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, guide them through the dining experience, and provide detailed menu knowledge with expert beverage recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders into the POS system, deliver items promptly with proper presentation, and monitor guest satisfaction while addressing concerns professionally. Assist team members to maintain service flow, perform opening and closing side work, keep service areas clean, and process payments while encouraging returns. Requires previous serving experience in high-volume upscale dining, strong food and wine knowledge, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
