Job Summary
Deliver exceptional server service in a high-volume upscale dining environment by greeting guests, providing detailed menu knowledge and beverage pairings, taking and entering orders into the POS, delivering and presenting food and drinks accurately, monitoring guest satisfaction, assisting team members, performing opening/closing side work, maintaining clean service areas, processing payments, and thanking guests with a view to encouraging return visits. Requires strong communication, ability to multitask under pressure, and guest-first attitude; must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
