Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, guide them through the dining experience, and provide detailed menu knowledge with expert beverage pairings. Take accurate orders into the POS system, deliver food and beverages promptly, and monitor guest satisfaction while addressing concerns professionally. Assist team members to maintain service flow, perform opening and closing side work, and keep service areas clean. Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests while encouraging returns. Prior standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
