Server

As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while creating an exciting and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your mission is to anticipate guest needs, provide expert recommendations, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, providing detailed knowledge of the menu, taking and entering orders into the POS, delivering food and beverages promptly, monitoring guest satisfaction, assisting teammates, performing opening/closing side work, maintaining clean service areas, and processing payments while thanking guests and encouraging return. You should have strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This role entails serving in a high-volume, upscale dining setting and contributes to a career-growth trajectory within the global brand.
