Deliver food and beverages promptly while providing detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings to guests in an upscale, high-volume dining environment. Greet guests warmly, guide them through the dining experience, take accurate orders using the POS system, monitor guest satisfaction, assist team members, and perform opening/closing side work. Maintain clean, organized service areas, process payments, and encourage guests to return. The role calls for strong communication, multi-tasking under pressure, a guest-first attitude, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale setting is preferred, with a passion for hospitality and knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
