Job Summary
Server provides dining room service to residents, greeting residents, assisting with meal setup and delivery, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment. Requires delivering attentive, compassionate service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and serve seniors with patience and respect. Education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, PTO, 401(k), and opportunities to work with a dedicated team in a senior-living community.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds and stand for extended periods
