Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by curating recommendations, serving food and beverages with accurate knowledge of menus, wines, and drink preparations, and increasing overall sales. Execute all service steps, maintain stocked stations, and ensure proper sanitation while providing prompt, accurate income reports. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, utilizing POS systems and adhering to all posted side work and supervisor assignments. Maintain a clean, orderly service area and a positive attitude with co-workers and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Responsible, dependable, punctual
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read and understand English
- Clean and professional appearance
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for The Manchester Hotel
- Familiar with and able to use POS systems
- Must pass a background check
