Job Summary
Server at The Lodge at St. Edward Park provides food and beverage service to guests, takes orders, enters them into the POS, communicates special requests to the kitchen, assembles food items, ensures attractive presentation, maintains knowledge of offerings, processes guest payments, and maintains a clean dining area while upholding service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role requires experience as a server, POS proficiency, knowledge of liquor laws, and valid state food handler and liquor permits.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as server in a similar restaurant environment
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)
