The Kitchen Bistro in Austin seeks a Server to provide warm, relaxed hospitality while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include preparing tables, serving food and refilling drinks, relaying orders to the kitchen, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining accuracy of orders, promoting menu knowledge and specials, discussing dietary restrictions, and suggesting pairings. The role requires excellent communication, detail orientation, ability to manage multiple tables or rooms simultaneously, and a collaborative team mindset. The position emphasizes customer connections, high-quality service under pressure, and contribution to the restaurant’s community and eco-conscious values.
