Job Summary
Server delivering food and beverage service to members and guests while upholding Invited’s service standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests by name, knowing the menu and daily features, executing orders promptly, working with teammates for a seamless dining experience, handling guest concerns with service recovery, maintaining cleanliness and safety, completing daily tasks, and supporting club operations. Requires strong communication, teamwork, adherence to training, ability to stand and work in varying environments, and compliance with safety and uniform standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills; ability to follow instructions and work with team
