Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take accurate and efficient food and beverage orders, recommending menu items and pairings to enhance guest satisfaction. Expedite orders in a timely manner while addressing any concerns or complaints promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area by setting up tables and restocking supplies. Comply with all restaurant policies, including cash handling and safety regulations, while contributing to a collaborative team environment. This role requires 2+ years of full-service restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods lifting up to 15 pounds. Located in San Francisco Premium Outlets, Livermore, you'll join a vibrant community hub known for self-pour craft brews, live music, and exceptional hospitality.
