Job Summary
Server 1 is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders in a timely manner, greeting members by name, applying Invited’s 3-steps of service, supporting the dining area operations, handling member/guest complaints with service recovery, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless, high-standard dining experience. Must follow club safety and service standards, participate in required trainings, and be able to stand and perform physical duties. Prior F&B experience and state/city certifications are preferred; completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program is preferred; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
