Job Summary
Create memorable guest experiences through great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious items. Answer all menu- and service-related questions while ensuring satisfaction by checking in with guests regularly and anticipating their needs. Handle complaints by listening to concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues. Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment from 6AM until 2PM at The DW Diner in Merrimack, NH.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment
- Skill and coordination when using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time
