Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating, describe specials, answer menu questions, and offer suggestions. Take food and beverage orders, deliver food promptly after preparation, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction while replenishing items as needed. Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests, maintain an organized workstation, and perform side duties. Account for checks and cash transactions using the Point of Sale System. Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders, adhere to service techniques standards, practice tray service, and incorporate safe work practices.
