Job Summary
Greet and seat guests courteously, present menus with detailed explanations of daily specials and beverage options, and take accurate food and beverage orders while communicating special requests and dietary restrictions to the kitchen. Serve food and drinks promptly, monitor and anticipate guest needs, and maintain a clean dining area by setting and clearing tables efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff and colleagues to ensure timely order delivery, prepare and deliver accurate bills, handle payment transactions, and address guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism. Upsell menu items, specials, and club promotions to enhance the dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
