Job Summary
Deliver top-notch hospitality as a Food & Beverage Attendant / Server in a team-oriented, community-focused setting. Responsibilities include waiting, taking orders, setting and bussing tables, serving guests, assisting with dishwashing and food preparation, maintaining dining room cleanliness, stocking, recording transactions in POS per Civitas policies, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests. Must know menu items and be able to answer diners’ questions; adhere to sanitation, food handling procedures, and regulatory requirements; follow all F&B protocols aligned with the organization’s mission. Experience is a plus but not required; opportunities for training, promotion, and ongoing education are available.
