Job Summary
Deliver genuine hospitality by ensuring a remarkable guest experience at every table while maintaining our "Big Sky Spirit" culture. Create an atmosphere of "Big Sky Moments" that align with our Premium, Polished, Professional, and Cool standards. Assist in serving classic American dishes using our scratch kitchen, avoiding microwaves to uphold authenticity. This role requires a full-service restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to get along with diverse people. We offer a strong PPA averaging $31-$35/hr, flexible schedules, medical benefits, paid sick time, and a 401(k) plan with matching.
