Server (Te Deseo)

Server (Te Deseo) role responsible for the service of food and alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and food in an efficient and professional manner following Harwood Hospitality Group standards. Responsibilities include assisting the team to monitor day-to-day operations, preparing and delivering drinks, maintaining spotless service, ensuring equipment and bar inventory readiness, following state liquor laws, correct cash handling, and maintaining proper sanitation and safety. Requires knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and beers; ability to interact with staff and guests; adherence to HACCP and HHG training procedures; and ability to communicate effectively, stay professional under pressure, and uphold guest experience. Must be on your feet for extended periods and have relevant certifications (TABC and Food Handlers).
