Job Summary
Take food and beverage orders, deliver meals and beverages promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant. Welcome guests warmly, describe menu items, upsell daily specials, practice safe alcohol service, handle payments with accurate change, pre-bus and reset tables, and assist with closing duties. Requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, teamwork, and a willingness to work flexible shifts; prior serving experience preferred.
