Job Summary
Take food and drink orders from customers accurately, upsell menu items, and ensure tables are served properly while collecting payments. Complete opening, running, and closing side work duties. Maintain a positive attitude throughout all interactions. Must obtain and maintain a food handler certification card and be able to independently lift up to thirty pounds. Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays during busy season. Swim ability or willingness to wear a personal flotation device needed for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
- Must have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season
- Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds
- Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
