Job Summary
Take resident meal orders and serve meals correctly and efficiently in the dining room. Provide delivery of orders to resident apartments upon request, set tables with napkins and tableware, and refill condiments and salt and pepper shakers. Maintain the salad and dessert counter supplies, clean dining room tables and chairs, and vacuum the dining room. Perform other duties as needed while working flexible shifts. This part-time role supports the overall wellbeing of residents at Sunscape Boca Raton, a Great Place to Work for eight years.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work in a team environment
- The ability to work flexible shifts
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Similar experience preferable
- Experience in senior living
