Job Summary
Food & Beverage Server for seasonal operation at Sunshine Village in Banff, AB. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, upselling, maintaining knowledge of menu items and allergens, setting and clearing tables, assisting with banquet events, collaborating with kitchen and service teams, adhering to health/safety guidelines, cash handling, and completing training documentation. ProServe certification and English communication are required; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed; ability to operate in a high-altitude, high-volume environment with mobility and standing for extended periods. Potential cross-venue assignments across the resort may occur.
