Job Summary
Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality and customer service expected by our guests. Monitor and observe dining experiences to ensure satisfaction, respond promptly to problems, and explain menu items while addressing allergy concerns. Complete section setup and breakdown, including detailed cleaning of work areas. Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist teammates to ensure seamless service. This role requires 2+ years of experience in fine dining or upscale casual settings and the ability to work 6am to 3pm shifts several times a week. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in English. A high school diploma or GED is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2+ years experience in a fine dining or upscale casual environment
- Ability to work 6am to 3pm shift several times a week
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to grasp, lift and or carry, or otherwise, move goods weighing a maximum of 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods indoors
- Pre-employment drug test
- Background check
