Job Summary
Serve meals professionally, ensuring residents and guests receive high-quality food in a timely fashion while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of service areas and equipment. Wait on tables, perform assigned setup and breakdown duties, and tactfully handle resident concerns and complaints. Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices, Dining Services Standards of service, and all required equipment and object handling protocols. This role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and communicating effectively with residents, guests, and staff. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
