Job Summary
Provide food service to residents and guests in a part-time evening shift (4:30pm-7:30pm) as a Server. Responsibilities include serving meals in a professional manner, maintaining sanitary service areas, performing side work and setup/breakdown, ensuring high-quality, timely meals, handling resident concerns professionally, following dining service standards, and delivering friendly customer service. Must be able to stand for long periods, read and write English, and lift up to 25 pounds; occasional travel to different locations may be required. The role emphasizes teamwork, positive attitude, and commitment to resident satisfaction in a senior living environment across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
Required Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
