Job Summary
Serve meals professionally while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of service areas, facilities, and equipment. Wait on tables, handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully, and ensure high-quality food is delivered in a timely fashion. Perform all side work, including setup and breakdown duties, while following safe food handling and sanitation practices. Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene. This part-time role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and communicating effectively with residents, guests, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude, which fosters a teamwork environment.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
