Job Summary
Serve meals professionally while maintaining sanitary conditions in the dining area. Wait on tables, handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully, and ensure high-quality food is delivered timely. Perform all side work, including setup and breakdown duties, while following safe food handling and sanitation practices. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent customer service to foster a teamwork environment. This part-time role includes shifts from 6am-2pm and 4pm-8pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude, which fosters a teamwork environment.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- This position requires employee to effectively present information in one-on-one a small group situation with residents, guests, and other associates.
- This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens.
- Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
