Job Summary
Provide restaurant-style service to residents and guests in a senior living setting, including serving meals, maintaining sanitation, performing side work, and ensuring timely, high-quality dining experiences. Demonstrate friendly, professional customer service, handle resident concerns calmly, and adhere to dining standards. Maintain cleanliness, follow safe food handling practices, and collaborate with staff to support a positive dining environment. Strong communication in English and ability to stand for long periods are required. Occasional travel between locations may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Must be friendly and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Fluent English reading/writing/speaking
