Job Summary
Serve meals in a professional manner while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of service areas, facilities, and equipment. Wait on tables, perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned, and ensure residents and guests receive high-quality food in a timely fashion. Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices, tactfully handle resident concerns and complaints, and assist other staff as needed. Work 4pm to 8pm shifts.

- sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects
- reach with hands and arms
- effectively present information in one-on-one a small group situation with residents, guests, and other associates
- review detailed documents
- read computer screens
- lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- read, write, and speak fluent English
- Occasional travel to different locations
