Server responsibilities include serving meals to residents and guests in a professional manner, following safe food handling practices, performing side work and setup/breakdown duties, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality food, maintaining professionalism and hygiene, waiting on tables, assisting staff, addressing resident concerns tactfully, and adhering to Dining Services Standards of service. The role requires standing for long periods, effective communication, ability to read and use computer screens, and occasional travel to different locations. The position is part-time with shifts from 6am-2pm and 11am-7pm in StoryPoint communities across multiple states, focused on senior living and hospitality within a team-oriented environment.
