Job Summary
Provide courteous, professional server service in casino restaurant outlets; take and fulfill food and drink orders; explain menu items, assist guests with questions, and ensure timely delivery; handle POS transactions with accuracy; follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines; maintain cleanliness and safety; demonstrate teamwork and strong guest-service mindset; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays; requires ability to stand/walk for long periods and carry up to 25 pounds; requires gaming license and Prairie Flower training certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with POS in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming license
- Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible service of alcohol and food handler certifications
