Job Summary
The Server position requires serving guests in a fast-paced bar environment, taking beverage and food orders, up-selling items, and delivering outstanding customer service. Essential responsibilities include effective communication with guests and staff, monitoring alcohol consumption, and adhering to state legal age requirements. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, have at least 1 year of relevant experience, and hold an alcohol awareness certification or equivalent. This is a tipped position with an hourly base pay of $10.00 plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast paced food and beverage venue, preferably nightclub environment.
- Must meet state legal age requirements.
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests, bartender, wait staff, cooks, and supervisors.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
- Basic math skills are frequently used when handling cash and credit.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred.
- Fluency in languages other than English is preferred.

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
