Job Summary
The Server at Sports & Social is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages while maintaining professionalism and ensuring guest satisfaction. Essential skills include effective communication with guests and staff, knowledge of menu items, and the ability to monitor alcohol consumption. Responsibilities involve completing side work, checking identifications, and promoting teamwork. Qualifications include a minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, strong communication skills, and relevant certifications. Schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast paced food and beverage venue, preferably nightclub environment.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
- Must meet state legal age requirements.
- Basic math skills are frequently used when handling cash and credit.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred.
- Fluent in English, other languages preferred.

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
