Job Summary
The Server will greet guests, take beverage and food orders, and serve items in a professional manner while ensuring guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include effective communication with guests and staff, monitoring alcohol consumption, and performing side work. Candidates should have at least one year of serving experience and knowledge of food and beverage products. Strong communication skills, compliance with state legal age requirements, and relevant certifications or permits are required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced food and beverage venue
- Must meet state legal age requirements
- Communication skills
- Alcohol awareness certification or food service permit
- Basic math skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages
- Fluent in additional languages
