Server

As a Server in Spectrum Retirement Communities’ community restaurant, you will help create an exceptional dining experience for residents by directing them to tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, and assisting with drink selection. You will communicate resident orders using a state-of-the-art POS system, and complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community. The role emphasizes compassionate, customer-focused service and the ability to build relationships with residents while delivering the high-quality service expected in a welcoming dining environment. Spectrum encourages vaccination but it is not a requirement.
