Job Summary
Serve in Spectrum Retirement Communities' community restaurant, delivering an incredible dining experience while building relationships with residents. Responsibilities include directing residents to tables, presenting menus, assisting in drink selection, communicating resident orders via a state-of-the-art POS system, and completing all dining room opening and closing duties. Must demonstrate a welcoming demeanor, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents; a Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one is required by state/county regulations. The role offers benefits for full-time employees and provides 401(k), PTO, holiday pay, Daily Pay, and discounts. Vaccination is encouraged but not required. Required Qualifications
- Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one as required by state/county regulations
- Strong customer service presentation
