Job Summary
Provide excellent guest service, including interacting with guests upon arrival, seating them, and upselling beyond their orders. Process transactions and collect payment while assisting with restocking items and completing assigned cleaning duties and side work. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and handle products, cash, and POS equipment in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a flexible schedule for up to an 8-hour shifts, demonstrating the ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and remain calm under pressure.
Required Qualifications

- Able to account for and process cash and credit transactions
- Must be dependable and can maintain a flexible schedule
- Attend and successfully complete any ongoing training or certification programs required by the company, federally, or by the state as it relates to this position
- Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Constant ability to push, pull, lift, carry and or move up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to handle products, cash, transactions and POS equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members and guests, including speaking and listening
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job for up to an 8-hour shift
