Job Summary
Server role at Soho House Austin responsible for understanding and educating members and guests on menu items and allergies, presenting an elevated experience by following Soho House Service Standards, and entering orders into POS. Collaborates with FOH/BOH, completes pre/post-service duties, maintains health and safety policies, communicates allergies or red flags to management, checks out reports, supports runners/bussers, and ensures correct plating and service. Requires knowledge of the menu, ability to suggest pairings, and strong service orientation to drive guest satisfaction; flexible to work in a fast-paced environment with weekends/holidays as needed. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service
- Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously
- Tips certified and POS knowledge
