Job Summary
Greet guests within one minute, make specific recommendations, and take food and beverage orders while entering them into the POS system. Deliver items from the kitchen and bar, pre-bus tables between courses, and manage table garnishes and wine service. Monitor dining experiences, respond to requests, and prepare final bills. Set tables, sanitize areas, and complete opening and closing checklists. Work unsupervised between 10:00 am and 1:00 am, Monday through Thursday evenings, in a fast-paced environment. Available for advancement and enjoy meal discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Be 19 years of age
- TIPS Certified
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Must be available to work between the hours of 10:00 am to 1:00 am
- Must have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Must be able to stand and work for up to 4 hours at a time
- Must be able to perform repetitive motion work without the assistance of restraints, braces or other incumbrances that limit range of motion or physical activity
- Must be able to lift, move and shelve products and materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in temperatures exceeding 85* for extended periods of time
- Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed
- Be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must possess qualities like adaptability, planning, problem solving, teamwork and multi-tasking
- Must have above average drink knowledge of spirits, wine & beer and how to prepare cocktails from line-build to garnish
- Is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule
- Must be available Monday-Thursday evenings
