Job Summary
Responsible for meeting guest service needs in a casino restaurant setting, including serving, alcohol portioning, bartending, bar back duties, host/hostess tasks, or expeditor support as directed. Duties include promoting guest service, taking/relaying orders via Toast POS, serving food and beverages, garnishing and decorating dishes, maintaining cleanliness, handling cash and paperwork accurately, and assisting with inventory and cross-training in F&B areas. Must adhere to Washington liquor laws and sanitary codes; requires high school diploma or GED and at least one year of high-volume serving experience; familiarity with Toast POS and strong English communication skills; flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays; valid state driver’s license and relevant certifications/licenses (Class II gaming license, Mixologist Permit) as required. The role emphasizes guest relations, teamwork, and professional appearance.
