Job Summary
Greet every guest warmly from hello to goodbye, master our doughnuts and coffee to speak with confidence, and guide guests with thoughtful recommendations. Take orders accurately, handle the counter and register, and deliver fast, friendly service through every rush while boxing and presenting product to our standards. Keep the front of house clean, stocked, and food-safe, communicating clearly to support the line during the busy rush. Entry-level servers begin at minimum wage with full hands-on training, becoming eligible to share in tips after mastering two skills. Base pay increases as you learn additional stations and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Physical readiness: Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting/moving product and supplies
- Reliability: Dependable, on time, and ready for early-morning, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Standards: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (or willingness to get certified)
