Job Summary
Sell and serve Shrimp Basket food and drinks to three to five tables while maintaining complete knowledge of the menu and beverage preparation. Take orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic items, ring orders into the POS, and suggestively sell products. Refill drinks, clear and reset tables, and accept various payment methods including making change. Perform side work such as getting ice, filling cracker baskets, portioning sauces, sweeping, and setting up or breaking down stations. Check guest identification to ensure legal age compliance and refuse service to intoxicated guests. Report to required meetings, adhere to all company policies, and maintain a neat uniform in a loud restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be of legal age according to State regulations to serve alcohol
