Server

Server position at Shadow Wood Country Club in Estero/Bonita Springs, FL. Responsible for the timely delivery of food and beverages to members by presenting menus, answering questions, and making suggestions regarding food and service; write and enter orders into the NorthStar POS; ensure chits are presented correctly and in a timely manner. This is a full-time role with benefits including medical insurance and paid time off. Duties include opening/closing setup and breakdown of dining rooms and stations, greeting guests, clearing and resetting tables, removing used tableware, responding to guest requests, and maintaining a neat uniform appearance. Must maintain flexible availability including weekends, double shifts, and holidays. Prior country club experience is preferred; strong written and spoken communication skills and ability to quickly enter orders into POS are required. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
