Job Summary
Provide quick, efficient and pleasant service of food and beverages to residents and guests. Accept food orders, communicate to kitchen, and deliver orders in a timely manner. Maintain resident/guest satisfaction by responding to needs and requests, actively buss and reset tables, and complete side work. Communicate clearly in English; operate POS and payroll systems; possess problem‐solving abilities and a positive, professional demeanor. Training will be provided for food safety licenses/certifications as required by local/state/county authorities. Required Qualifications
- Clear English communication
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer skills for POS system and payroll system
- Willingness to undergo food safety training for local/state/county licenses and/or certificates
- No experience required (training provided)
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Positive and professional demeanor toward residents and co-workers
