Server - Senior Living

Provide friendly dining-room service to Assisted Living residents, greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and delivering meals with knowledge of menu items and ingredients. Advise guests on suitable food-and-drink pairings, accommodate dietary needs and allergens, and coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct orders and addressed special requests. Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and confidentiality; deliver food promptly while upholding sanitation standards; address and resolve complaints, and assist with additional guest needs. Operate service equipment as needed, manage cash handling, and collaborate with multi-department staff during events. Training is available for suitable candidates with prior food service or customer service experience.
