Job Summary
Accept food orders, communicate with the kitchen, and deliver food and beverage to residents and guests in a timely manner. Actively buss and reset tables while completing assigned side work to ensure resident and guest satisfaction. Maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward all visitors and co-workers. You will undergo food safety training to obtain required local, state, and county food handling licenses. Clear English communication and basic computer skills for the POS and payroll systems are required. Independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Basic computer skills are needed for POS system and payroll system.
- You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
- Senior Lifestyle requires that all employees provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt due to medical, religious, or personal beliefs.
Desired Qualifications
- No experience is necessary, although previous food service experience is preferred.
