Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of high-end service (Server, Captain, or Sommelier) in a Fine Dining environment
- Strong foundational knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- Must be available Wednesday through Sunday evenings
- Valid RBS Card
- Reliable transportation
- Aged 18+
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Fine Dining environment is highly preferred
- CMS Certified or WSET Level 1+
